Whether you’re a touring pro or new to the scene, our Golf specific training program “Sage Green” will help bring your game to the next level. Our Golf Fitness Certified Trainers use this comprehensive program to not only strengthen and build on your current kinesiology but also pinpoint weaknesses and bring them up to par with the rest of you. Throughout the duration of the program we will address golfers main needs which include, but are not limited to, stability, flexibility and power. We will teach your correct body mechanics as well as provide the proper training to improve trunk and full body rotation (a commonly overlooked part of fitness). This program is beneficial to golfers of all ages and levels.
The program is divided into three cycling days, which are as follows:
Day 1 – Core, Balance and Flexibility
Day 2 – Power
Day 3 – Rotation and Mobility
